Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my voucher?
After successful payment, the gift voucher with the voucher code will be sent by email. If you select the "I want to send this as a gift" option, you can enter the recipient's email address and a personal message.
Redemption and Balance
The voucher code is entered during checkout when shopping on secondplay.net. If the credit is not sufficient for the entire order, the remaining amount can be paid with another offered payment method. Unused credit remains valid until the expiry date and can be used for a later purchase.
The voucher cannot be used to purchase additional gift vouchers. A cash payout or interest on the credit is not possible.
Validity
Gift vouchers and remaining credit on gift vouchers can be redeemed until the end of the third year following the year of voucher purchase.
