Do I need a customer account to make my purchase?

You can also easily and conveniently make your purchase as a guest. However, a customer account offers the advantage of being able to view and manage all previously placed orders even after the purchase has been completed.

How much are the shipping costs for my purchase?

The shipping costs for your purchase are calculated individually based on the weight of the items in your order. You can see these costs during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Sure! Please schedule an appointment with us at +49 152 04911240 or secondplay@web.de. Pickup can usually be arranged within 2-4 days. You can pay for your order either in cash on site or in advance using the payment methods listed in our online shop.
